Testing your network compatibility

If you will be moderating using a company (non-personal) internet connection or engaging a participant base that will be using a company (non-personal) internet connection, we recommend testing network compatibility.

How to test network compatibility

1. Connect to the network that the Remesh conversation will be conducted on and click on the test link.

2. Once clicked, a webpage will be opened with a diagnostic checklist that looks like this:

3. If any of the rows turn red, this indicates a compatibility issue. If you have an API or websocket connection error, please tell you network administrator to whitelist the following URLs:
