Q: My client reached out to me and said they experienced some technical issues - what should I do?

A: Get in touch with your Customer Success Manager to help troubleshoot! You can share our Remesh test link to see what results come back which will help us triage and diagnose issues. Also, make sure everyone is using a compatible browser (e.g., Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge - note that Internet Explorer is not the most compatible browser) on a stable internet connection, and ask folks to use a non-work connection if they are experiencing issues.
