General Troubleshooting

Technology is great - except when it doesn't work as expected. If you ever have issues with the Remesh platform, you can try to following steps to help troubleshoot technical problems that may pop up.

  1. Refresh your browser
  2. Log out of your Remesh account then log back in
  3. Clear your browser's cache
  4. Switch browsers and try again
  5. If you're on WiFi try using a wired connected
  6. If you're on VPN, try switching networks or logging off of VPN
  7. Click our Remesh test link to diagnose any issues you might have. Depending on the results, you might need to contact your local IT support to assist with troubleshooting
