Why are there duplicate sample IDs?

When your Remesh conversation is over, click the end conversation on the bottom left side of the moderator view. The button will change to an export data button. Use this to export the participant data excel file.
In the column of the file titled "sample ID" you will see the unique IDs that you appended to the participant link to track of respondent participation. Sometimes you will see the same sample ID multiple times. This can happen if a participant joins from multiple browsers using the same URL, which sometimes happens if a participant has any internet issues on one browser. In two of the instances of the duplicate IDs, one of those IDs didn't answer any questions (participation of 0%), so that is most likely what happened - the participant switched browsers and actually fully participated on a different browser.
