Introduction and Cover Photo

Q: What should I put under the Introduction and Cover Photo section of the Personalize tab?

A: You can add some general text under the Introduction section to set the stage for the conversation.  We usually advise clients to keep it pretty general and to get into the details during the actual conversation.  Something like "Thanks for joining today's session.  We will be talking about XYZ and I look forward to hearing your open and honest opinions!"  The cover photo is a way for you to add a topic relevant picture for the participants to connect with.  You can use a stock photo, something specific to the company you are talking to, etc.  You can also keep it with the default of the sky image, so there is no need to add a picture if there isn't a natural fit!
